Welcome to The Lady Saddler studio, nestled within a tiny South Staffordshire village called Enville, which also borders Shropshire, Worcestershire and the Black Country.
I specialise in handcrafting leather, using traditional Saddler methods and British materials, to produce bespoke made-to-measure saddlery and unique leather work.
I am very excited to announce that I have now launched a local made-to-measure bridle service, whereby you can get an existing bridle checked or have your horse measured for a bespoke made-to-measure bridle of your choice and design.
I cover all four of my local counties: Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire and The Black Country.
Further details will be made available on the website shortly, but in the meantime, you can join my Facebook Group where information about when yard visits will be issued. Click here to join.
The new ONLINE SHOP has been launched where ready-made leather work is made available for sale. There are some options to personalise these items as well as request a bespoke item. Take a look for yourself!
I started training with leather in 2015 and went on to enrol onto an adult training scheme with The Saddlery Training Centre to qualify as a Saddler.
I have already completed the City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Bridle Making and Level 2 in Saddle Making qualifications and I hope to complete the exams for Level 3 Saddle Making in 2019.
I am also a student member of the Society of Master Saddlers.
