The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Lady Saddler’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this site by Lady Saddler (collectively, the “Agreement”)

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website.

By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access, or use any services, or purchase any products via this Website.

GENERAL TERMS

By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay Lady Saddler the one-off, monthly and/or annual (subscription) cost as indicated on the Website (additional payment terms may be included in other communications).

Any subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual period as indicated on the Website.

These payments are not refundable and unless you notify Lady Saddler before the end of a subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorise us to collect the then-applicable monthly or annual fee (including any taxes) using the same payment method we have on file for you.

Subscriptions can be cancelled by you at any time by submitting your request to Lady Saddler in writing.

The Lady Saddler reserves the right to revise the content of this Website without notice.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

Due to the nature of all Lady Saddler products being handmade, no two pieces are ever the same and therefore each product will have its very own uniqueness.

Great care has been taken to ensure all photos and text on this Website are a true representation of the products. However, please bear in mind that colours may appear differently on screen and slight variations may occur in the leather due to it being a natural material.

If you would like a sample of leather to check the colour, please contact the Lady Saddler directly. Samples are limited to 2 per person.

PRICES

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are subject to change without warning.

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made in full at the time of order/purchase by credit/debit card, bank transfer, paypal or cash. Goods will only be posted to you, the customer, upon full payment.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING

All orders that are delivered within the United Kingdom are FREE.

Large parcels are sent via Courier, tracked and signed for. Everything else is sent via Royal Mail.

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct so that your parcel is delivered to the right address. Lady Saddler does not take any responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if the delivery address provided, was incorrect.

All pre-made products are usually dispatched within 1-7 working days from receipt of your order, subject to availability. For all bespoke orders please allow up to 6 weeks, depending on the item, for making and dispatching. If you would like to know an expected lead time before you purchase, then please contact Lady Saddler directly. In the event of a delay, Lady Saddler promises to maintain positive communication with you, the customer.

Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated, however, as every item is handmade, levels are subject to some fluctuation. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advice of the delay.

If you have an urgent request, please contact the Lady Saddler directly and she may be able to offer an express service. This is usually dependent on the time of year.

Collection of goods can be arranged by appointment only.

If you require a product or bespoke order to be shipped outside of the UK, then please see the International Orders page [link] or contact the Lady Saddler directly.

GUARANTEE & AFTERSALES

All bespoke saddlery and leatherwork is guaranteed for 6 months against material or workmanship faults.

If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the Lady Saddler directly, within 7 days of receipt of your product, so that your issue can be discussed and a solution be found.

Lady Saddler reserves the right to repair, replace or refund at her discretion.

With each item being handmade to order, a refund will not be accepted due to a change in mind or a lack of care.

Should your item require repair or refurbishment throughout its life, Lady Saddler will undertake the work for a modest fee. In these circumstances, all postage costs remain with you, the customer. Your guarantee is your proof of purchase (your receipt or similar), please keep them in a safe place.

Please pay careful attention to the care instructions that can be found on this Website and/or within the packaging of your purchase. Leather, in particular, needs to be cared for properly in order to extend the longevity of your product(s).

A refund is only given if in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with the product. You are required to contact the Lady Saddler directly within 7 days of receipt of your product before returning any items.

All faulty items are subjected to an inspection before a refund in provided. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in a clean (although not cleaned) state with all original labels attached, packaging and proof of purchase to be included within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected.

When retuning an item, it is recommended that you use a tracked, signed and insured service to ensure it does not get lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach the Lady Saddler.

Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty, therefore the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any customs clearance and charges will not be refunded by the Lady Saddler.

BESPOKE ORDERS

If you place an order for a bespoke item, to be made to a specific criteria, such as size, shape, material and/or personalised, in any way, then these items are not eligible for a refund. Please do bear this in mind when ordering. The Lady Saddler reserves the right to refuse an order placed with us at our discretion.

LEATHER

Please be aware that leather is a natural material and slight differences in colour/shade from the traditional tanning process sometimes can occur. Small scars and growth marks from the life of the animal do occur and are considered normal. The Lady Saddler always ensures the leather is fit for purpose; growth marks are often acknowledged as the individuality and attractive feature of each hide.

USAGE

No part of this Website or its contents including designs may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical or otherwise, without the prior permission of Lady Saddler.

CHANGES

Lady Saddler reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Lady Saddler may also, in the future, offer new services and/or products through the Website. Such new products and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

TERMINATION

Lady Saddler may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effectively immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your ladysaddler.co.uk account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Website is provided “as is”. Lady Saddler and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Neither Lady Saddler nor its suppliers and licensors, make any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website at your own discretion and risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will Lady Saddler, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:

  • (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages;
  • (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services;
  • (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or
  • (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Lady Saddler under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

Lady Saddler shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
